I found out today January 9th, 2026. That my mom and my sister had been paying 93 dollars a month for a mattress “that was not good” in total they had paid 700 dollars and had 900 left to pay it out. They are robbing people. There is no way that a mattress is $1600 “just the mattress” I will never do business with them again. They were just cheating and lying.

I ordered a washer and dryer set. The beginning went smooth. It was delivered the guys set it up. The dryer was missing the lint trap and they promised to bring it to the house… never happened. The dryer never worked right. It would tumble but it would take 4-5 rounds at 80 minutes each to dry one small load of laundry. Called and no return call. This went on for a week or so. Finally got a hold of someone and they said it would be almost a week before someone could come out and look at it. I told them that I had only had it for 2 weeks and insisted that they come quicker. Spoke with the manager (he called me I didn’t demand it). He promised that the next day they would drive to a sister store pick up a brand new dryer and deliver it that afternoon. I took off work to wait on delivery. It never showed up. Called that night to ask why it didn’t arrive was told It would be almost a week before it could be delivered. Again told them that was too long as it had never worked and my payment date was later that week and paying for something that doesn’t work isn’t exactly ok. After going back and forth they promised to deliver by 3 the next day (today) again took off work to make sure that I was available. 3:00 passes, then 3:30 so I call and see what time they will be there. Was told that they were running a little behind but that they would be there. 430 comes and I call again. They are supposedly 30 minutes away. Call again at 530 just to be told that they are going to have to reschedule because they tried to call me (which call logs prove otherwise). 2 afternoons off work. 3 weeks with a dryer that has never worked. and a phone call where the lady hangs up on me even though I was not rude once, has completely turned me off from this store. I would not recommend them to anyone. Broken brand new appliances, unreliable drivers who also lie, and rude customer service workers. They do not even deserve 1 star and I never leave reviews.

Horrible service took stuff back and they still charged my debit card for payment and then take a week to refund it how you pull money when I have no items there they are horrible with card transactions don't go there there corporate needs to shut down there auto pay system

My husband and I have dealt with Aaron's for years and I have never had a problem tell this Oklahoma store. We have two new purchases from this store and each time I was told that the driver would call me ahead so that I could put my animals up and that never happened. I don't know what the problem is with the representatives in this store

Cancelled a golf trip I had been planning for weeks and they didn’t even show up. Ridiculous. I called ahead of time and everything. This is exactly why I hate doing business with companies in Oklahoma, these people do not respect their customers and these delivery drivers did not bring my appliance because they are lazy and felt like going home instead of doing their job. Absolutely ridiculous. Cancelled a golf trip to make sure I was home and 5 mins after they were supposed to be here they call and say there was a “communication problem” and they didn’t know they were supposed to deliver it. Ok so you loaded it in your truck for what reason? BS man. That’s cool though I’m filing a complaint with BBB, and I encourage everyone from this review section that experienced something similar to this, to go to BBB.org and do the same!
