I love it how the store's name is open right now but yet they're at my house picking up what we started to rent from them because the only letter of bill that I had to verify with was it cut off notice because I was in the hospital for a little bit and I'm now able to catch up on the bills got it paid but yet they were taking this shit back that's some friendly customer service right there

IT WAS TEN DOLLARS FOR THE FIRST MONTH. You delivered a king size mattress and a queen size frame. Waited 3 weeks for this crap. You just took 35 dollars off my credit card and I have only had this mattress for 2 days! Do not go here. They lie and are lazy!

Brad at Rent-A-Center was awesome to work with. He helped us find a bed, a washer and dryer, and some couches, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. His customer service was excellent—friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend asking for Brad!

I was going to rent a laptop on my visa debit card, it denied my card multiple times, even after I called on speaker and verified my balance. I then bought a new tablet locally, new for $25. No effort, gets no reward.

The interest rate is insane. I dropped off the laptop because I couldn’t afford to pay for it at the time and the older lady at the counter was very rude to me, trying to bully me and when I verbally pushed back and stood up for myself she backed off a bit, I was still very nice to her asking if there was any paperwork that needed to be signed. She quite literally kept begging for money as if it were going straight into her pocket and I told her I was dropping off the device because I could no longer afford it. I had to continue to repeat myself because she wasn’t understanding me outside of hearing herself speak. Would not recommend and will never be back this location specifically.
