I have to be honest. I've gotten several things from here. Been doing business for years. Several years. But I've gotten a washer and dryer set. Soon as pay it off the washer messes up. So I get another washer. Not even paid off yet. Close to pay off. And now it's messing up. So as much as I've done business with them. They wouldn't have no problems doing what's right. My opinion. This will probably be my last go around with rent a center

I have been a customer with this store for over a decade now.. The current team, and the teams before, and all this time i have had excellent customer service and was very well taken care of. These previous negative reviews, especially recently, are way farfetched in my opinion and as far as payments being due, it's pretty straight forward and flexible. I have probably purchased 90% of my household through these guys over the years and never had an issue overall, and the 1 issue i did have with something, they were superb on solving the problem and taking care of me. These guys are GREAT!!

These previous negative reviews, especially recently, are way farfetched in my opinion and as far as payments being due, it's pretty straight forward and flexible. If I could I would give this place a zero! Went in and talked to the manager: George Luke and he said because we bought in cash he couldn't help with the couches they delivered were infested with bed bugs and the dryer we bought also cash just went out out of nowhere and he states there is nothing he can do! Bed bugs is a problem with this store. So all this is coming out of my pocket! Worst store and customer service ever!

Honestly really disappointed, we purchased a sectional from here at the beginning of April and had it delivered on I think Monday the 7th, it arrived around 3 pm and was back out the door by 6pm, they delivered a couch covered in bed bugs! Luckily the manager offered to send one directly from the warehouse the following day and we’ve had no issues till today! When we purchased the couch we told the employee that are next payday is the 21st and that we get paid bi-weekly and all was well but today being the 17th they are now saying we are two weeks behind on a payment and that we either need to make a payment today or they are picking the couch up, we do not have the extra money after paying to have are house treated for bed bugs even though I didn’t see any on the ground or curtains I wasn’t risking it, we offered to pay the full $84 dollars next week but the manager refuses to let us, it’s a loss on money for the company because it will no longer be considered a new couch and they would have to resale it as used.
