The online offer didn't get applied properly but the guys there worked it out . I have anxiety issues so it was nice

Start off by saying I was late on my payment. Told them I'd be in to pay it at 11, I had some come up & couldn't make it in, one of the guys called me told him it would be a few hours & that I'd be in. He called me again saying it had been a few hours, was rude about it. They ended up coming to pick up the product even though I was going into make the payment. I was given controller with bad stick drift from day one, it did not work as it should, when I asked about another, he gave me an even worse one, so I went back collected the original controller that had stick drift & the guy basically told me they didn't have money to get one, that I could buy one & he'd reimburse me. No sense of urgency on getting a controller that worked properly. I was paying them for a game system that everything should have worked properly. The guys named that started with a W was very rude about it all. Won't be doing business here anymore. I recommend hometown.

Justin was amazing he went above and beyond to make sure we got the exact mattress and coffee table we wanted, along with making sure that we received our items fairly quickly.
