I love it been a customer with them for a long time bought 2 PlayStations a washer and dryer and a couch all through them. Well was renting through them again and I had a break in at my house and one of the items stolen was an Arron's item. So we can probably get it taken care of if you send us the police report. So I do. Then they say oh we need pictures or the broken window so I send that in to. Well after months of waiting and working on this I finally get told oh well it was denied cause In the police report it says the window was unlocked and open...... Really it was open huh well duh it was open they popped the glass reached in opened it and crawled in.... Of course it was open... So after buying multiple items from them getting everything they wanted reports pictures everything I get well nothing we can do.... Hmm wonder why people try and screw em over sense this is what they pull nice... And was planning on going back to them after everything was fixed but I Guess they can take me to court cause I got all the phone call and emails recorded and kept and won't get anything out of me again.

3 ovens later. Another dinner messed up. Two Samsungs and a LG. Long day of work in the heat wife wants to cook a nice oven prepped dinner. And the new oven delivered today 3 hours ago won’t heat up. Stove top works fine. No oven. F9 code. Very disappointed. Have checked the owners manual multiple times. Tried to light the pilot no luck. Google says it has an auto lighting pilot. Called to leave voicemail no voicemail available….

I just purchased a washing machine from the Ponca City store. Already over half of the laundry is done. The price is just awesome. Thank you for your help in a timely manner!

I love the fast stress free service and delivery. My washer n dryer are beautiful and work awesome. They are 80 dollars a month cheaper then Rent a Center's price. The cash option is about what u would pay from Lowes. Great job guys

Horrible place to go to. would not recommend what so ever. Management is completely incompetent me an my 7 almost 8 month pregnant girlfriend went there to pay on our couch an they told us because we order another couch we would have to pay that one even though the manager an assistant manager both said we would pay the price for the one we have now not the price for the new one that payment would be differd till next month. So aarons is a horrible place to rent from. Entirely.
