I have been waiting for about a year now for a part to fix my recliner chair. Every time I call Morgan or Greg said it's been ordered. I do believe someone is lying and if you don't want my business just tell me please.

They’re very nice. They get me everything I want to and if for some reason they work on me, I had a stroke so I did the best I can and we we we we’d have problems without Hometown.

The sales team was very knowledgeable about their furniture. He was quick to answer questions and gave me the promo I ask for. The delivery men were very good at how they got the furniture in my house and careful not to damage anything. I am very satisfied with what o got.

Highly recommend the Ponca City location, Morgan has always welcomed us, goes above and beyond to meet our requests. He's understanding and easy to work with... he is definitely THE customer service of the store. Absolutely outstanding! Will not go anywhere else!
