To say I was so excited about getting the new furniture and such in is an understatement. We have used Aaron’s in the past in OKC and never had an issue. Without going into all the drama, I will say there was a situation that came up and when it was brought to Store Manager David and Dani’s attention they both personally came and handled it and really made me feel so much better. Thank you both for the time you spent to resolve this and for caring about your customers. I was ready to not go through this again, but we are going stay with Aaron’s in Norman, this was an isolated incident and I understand bad days happen for individuals, but it wasn’t anything I or my family did wrong and they handled it and showed us that we are family.
They showed up at our place, we go outside to see two guys on our property looking at my husband’s lawn mower. Mind you they never came to our front door. Asking for proof of our purchase (was not bought from an Aaron’s) just because ours looks like the one someone else leased from them, then after they left, seen them walking around another neighbor’s land not minding the no trespassing signs on their closed gate, doing as they please, like they owned that land, as I was watching I noticed they never went to the front door to knock to let anyone know they were there! Very unprofessional and aggressive behavior!
This has been such a terrible experience. Dave/David the “manager” is a joke. I have been waiting on my refigerator for over a week. No communication from them unless I call. When he couldn’t give me an answer about delivery, he just hung up the phone. I have filed a formal complaint against him and the store. Please do not waste your time with them. They are so unprofessional and it’s honestly gross.
So we weren't home when they came to pickup washer. 1 hr later we get home to running water. Apparently they couldn't turn the valve off. Hubby took a wrench turned something and off it went. They left the hoses so i hope they don't charge me for them
In the beginning it was great, but over time very sketchy from not being able to make payments over the phone to being able to make payments over the phone and not being able to find the payments to using two different systems for accepting payments. Then the main person before Morgan who was taking payments got fired, then I was making payments through Morgan and then she was fired. We had bought a set from the clearance room for $600 and even paid $300 cash, but someone was pocketing the payments, bc no many how many times we paid, it felt like endless payments and we only owed $300, but something is SHADY HERE and I will NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE OR BUY ANYTHING MORE FROM THEM EVER AGAIN! R U N >>> Go buy something and pay for it. The hassle alone is not worth it!
Danny is always kind, patient, and understanding with me. Actually, every staff member I have talked to gives the same great customer service! As long as your honest and stay in contact them they will work with you. My sofa has a few payments left, and the quality has remained the same.. despite my toddler eating and jumping on it. The cushions and pillows are still plump unlike some sofas.. I Very glad I chose Aaron's for my very own personally owned piece of furniture and a way too boost my credit score. If I ever decide to rent something else I will only go here. My entire experience has been good so I won't chance anywhere else
