I rented a lift chair from this location that I need for an upcoming surgery recovery. I rented weeks in advance so that I would be sure to have it but left it at the store until this week. When it was delivered I immediately noticed the chair was dirty and could see cobwebs on the metal frame. I began cleaning it up and found bed bugs all within the sides of the chair. I have now had to deep clean my home, throw out my vacuum & do not have a chair for surgery because they didn’t ever inspect or clean the chair.

Had a bed I was renting from here. I lost my job and fell behind on my payments. It seems that as soon as a payment does not go through, they are blowing your phone up. Then they send someone to your house. The guy they sent, not only pounds on your door like he's the police, but he goes and speaks to your neighbors. My neighbors are not paying my bills, nor do they have permission to have any of my personal info or business. Needless to say, I will NEVER get anything from here again. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I just may contact an attorney. Come get this bed!

It's been a while since we shopped at Rent a center here in Mcalester, Oklahoma. But recently Randy, Karen and the staff sent a beautiful thank you card, to my wife and I. Inviting us to come back. We were almost in tears. I know that we sometimes have issues with the merchandise but they bring so much more to the table. They are kind and understanding, they have a heart for people. I'm really glad got the Management position she knows the people and gives customers the best advice that can help their current situation. She makes a good friend if you have dealt with her through the years. She made my wife and children very happy yesterday with the new refrigerator. Bless you Mrs. Karen and the company. I hope this helps get you a raise or better pay .
