It's been a while since we shopped at Rent a center here in Mcalester, Oklahoma. But recently Randy, Karen and the staff sent a beautiful thank you card, to my wife and I. Inviting us to come back. We were almost in tears. I know that we sometimes have issues with the merchandise but they bring so much more to the table. They are kind and understanding, they have a heart for people. I'm really glad got the Management position she knows the people and gives customers the best advice that can help their current situation. She makes a good friend if you have dealt with her through the years. She made my wife and children very happy yesterday with the new refrigerator. Bless you Mrs. Karen and the company. I hope this helps get you a raise or better pay .

Everything was handled over the phone with Karen and went smoothly. After a small hiccup on delivery date, my washer & dryer set was delivered. Jase was great and quite efficient! He removed my old set, unpacked the new set, and had it all setup and ready to use in about 45 minutes. If you have to pay out on time, RAC is the place.

They have came to my home 2 times to pick up something. I don’t know what. I have NEVER did any business with Aaron’s. I called the first time they left a door hanger & told them. Well guess who showed up today. Right, Aaron’s . How can they be so dumb. Do they not understand English????
