Aaron's

They have came to my home 2 times to pick up something. I don’t know what. I have NEVER did any business with Aaron’s. I called the first time they left a door hanger & told them. Well guess who showed up today. Right, Aaron’s . How can they be so dumb. Do they not understand English????

Horrible experience. I have 2 payments left on a drier I purchased from Aaron's in McAlester Oklahoma. It broke. I sent it back for repair. It's been 3 weeks. I called corporate and local several times and can't get a straight answer. I purchased a used item at top price that broke at the end of it's lease. This is robbery. Aaron's is a rip off artist. You'll call a call center and it will be a huge waste of time. No resolution. It's ridiculous. NO STARS.

Took several days to get my washer and dryer as well as a fridge delivered. Then the day they delivered the washer and dryer. I tried to use the washer and it wouldn't spin or drain well so I was told I would get a replacement delivered first thing the next morning then told around noon then called 30 minutes after noon and was told they were just loading it. And here is what I found in the dryer vent. It was not even cleaned before they delivered it. Not very professional at all! Not happy in the slightest. People running the Mcalester shop are pretty rude to say the least!

I’m only giving the store a 3 star rating due to my most recent experience. Up until now they have been great. I purchased a sectional online several months ago, I returned it because of it not being a high back, when we reclined the ends our heads were above the head rests. So I picked out a used reclining Sofa and Loveseat to replace the Sectional. I went back in to see about getting a new recliner and talk to them about returning the Sofa and Loveseat, I was told I could only get a used chair because of my returns. Really? I’m returning a used set, not a new one! I have 2 other leases that will be going back to them when the payments come due! Who would of thought?

Current management is absolutely terrible. I’ve purchased several items from this Aaron’s before and never had an issue, but current management caused the loss of a good customer. Not only did my item arrive at my home broken, but full of roaches. I had to hire someone to spray my home. We didn’t see the roaches until the following morning. I had already filled out the questionnaire stating my item was great before they had completely unloaded. Once I saw the broken piece I said I wanted to change my answers on the survey. The lady wouldn’t let me. She said she would get supplies and make sure it was fixed the next day. I waited 4 days and nothing. After seeing the roaches and no one came to fix it, I called them and told them to come back and get it. It took them 3 more days to come get it, but I had to tell them that if they didn’t come get it their furniture would be sitting in my yard. No telling how long I would have had to wait. Never again will I rent from McAlester Aaron’s under current management.
