Worst rent to own service to deal with. The payment system is always crashing. And they hold you accountable. Poor business management. Definitely would recommend going elsewhere. The corporate reps never contact you back like the answering service says. 10/10 inconvenient

I would have given this place "zero stars" if it would have given me that option. Me and my wife went in there this evening to purchase a mattress...we were never greeted upon walking through the door, we were walking around looking at the mattresses for about 5 minutes steadily making eye contact with the lady sitting down in front of her computer. She never said she would be right with us, never acknowledging us in any way. I made the comment that we would just take our business somewhere else and thanked her for her help where she then replied "you're welcome." At that point I was very upset about her lack of customer service and asked for her managers name, she replied Billy. I asked her for her name she responded Kim. When I asked for her managers business card she said he doesn't have one but happily gave me the store phone number. I have been doing business with aarons since the early 2000's and I have never experienced the terrible customer service like I did this evening. This interaction alone has changed my mind on ever dealing with this location in the future. I am not the one who leaves negative reviews I strive to only bring positivity to a business but this lady, Kim, was way out of line and needs better training.

I have two beds from them, if I miss a payment they call 3-5 times a day, going way over the legal amount of 7times a week. Every time I have made payment arrangements with them they either didn’t take any money at all, took it out on the wrong day, or took out an amount that was never agreed on. Just yesterday I was on the phone because we had agreed to my bed payments to come out 10.3.25, but they started pulling 10.1 which oversee after my account by 60 because of the repeated pulls. Not only that, my bi-weekly payments were 37$ and some change, for BOTH beds, but for some reason they tried to pull out 53$ some change. When they successfully pulled out today they charged me 106$. This company is dishonest about their charges, their employees are incompetent and everyone you speak to there is rude and condescending. When corporate office opens I will be taking this complaint to them as well as their practices are predatory and unprofessional

The lady that helped me get a bed was very helpful. When you go in there always make you a list of questions so you don't forget to inquire about deliveries and what al Aarons provides. I have bought 3 bedroom suites,3 refrigerators, 2 washer dryers, computer, and few other things. For the most part I have always had good luck dealing with Aarons. Several of these items were bought for my daughter.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I lost my job and had to take back two items. I kept the third one because I paid too much on the third but returned two. When I told the store manager, who I had no issues with in the past, I no longer wanted the items, he tried to get me to keep them but since I don't know how long it will take me to get a job, I declined and his attitude changed instantly and he became rude. I had someone else return the items, still in excellent condition, bc I did not want to deal with his horrible attitude any longer. They knew someone else was coming with the items. It's been almost a week and they still have not taken the two returned items off my account. I don't know if they are unable to accept that I no longer want the items or what's going on but there was absolutely nothing wrong with them when they were returned so I have no ideas why they are still trying to get payment from me.
