Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I mean, hands down the worst!!!! I have one payment left on my agreement (60 bucks). I am one payment behind. So, I communicated with that store on Danforth in Edmond, Oklahoma, that my mother passed away.. It was sudden and unexpected.. I explained that I needed to make funeral arrangements, travel arrangements, and arrangements for my dog, to please allow me to make that payment on Friday. I asked respectfully not to contact me as I already have a lot on my plate. He said ok, he'll make a note in my account, and we ended the conversation. The very next day, Sunday I received a text message from that store. and then today, Monday, I received another phone call asking me where that $60 is at.. I asked, no, I begged for compassion.. One simple request please hold off on the calls.... You will get zero compassion, empathy, or even kindness from the people they have at this store location!! I'm embarrassed for you..

When we ordered online, we had to wait a few weeks for it to come in & be delivered- was a very simple easy process. Jose the store manager also was very kind and always works with us when it’s needed! Great customer service.

On 2/26 Me and my fiance went to this Aaron’s location to get a washer and dryer. The gm of the store was the one that helped us and we found a set we liked. Unfortunately they did not have them in stock so she said she would order them and it would take about 1-3 weeks. Also offered to let us a use a loaner pair until ours came in. Fast forward to today 04/02 and they’ve yet to get my washer and dryer in and are also wanting us to pay for the washer and dryer we haven’t received yet???? Completely ridiculous. Don’t let them fool you i’ve seen several other reviews complaining about the same things being done to them on other items.
