Made a payment plan to pay in a week, they just pulled the entire $200.00 from my account that I didn't have, till next week. I spoke with lady yesterday who "noted" my account and even sent me an email. Woke up this morning to them overdrafting my account! Bet they won't offer to pay the $30 overdraft fee! Unreal.
Absolutely worst store we have ever dealt with. We have had great experiences with Aaron’s store in Enid and when moving here we chose Aaron’s again to buy our fridge. First problem was false advertising on the price in store. Then upon delivery it was dented in 2 different places. We got the price down finally after calling several times to reach the GM who is very unprofessional. We call diligently every month and set up our payment to come out and they will call continuously. When questioned whether it’s set up in their system they get an attitude and say well ya I guess it is. They will call first thing on Saturday mornings even though it’s set up in their system and then hang up on you when you tell them you are recording for personal records because it’s a continuous harassment from this store. Highly recommend you go somewhere else!!
I give them a one because Daisy the gm is extremely rude and aggressive. The only reason to come in there is to see Dominique she is so nice and respectful! So when you go in ask for Dominque! I recommend coming back if Daisy is working.
My experience with Aaron’s has been extremely disappointing. Michelle, who works there, was very unprofessional. When I called about returning my furniture, she argued with me and my husband instead of helping us. She told me pickup was available between 3–7pm, so I suggested 6–6:30. Then she changed her mind and said that time wouldn’t work, laughed, and spoke to us in a rude, dismissive way. She even hung up without confirming a pickup time. Hours later, she called saying drivers were already on the way, even though no time had been set. This attitude and lack of communication was completely unacceptable.
would not recommend renting from this store at all. The GM Daisy is the rudest person i have ever dealt with and looking through these online reviews i can see she’s had other complaints. disrespectful and made sure to tell her paying customers that “this is my store and i will do what i want” and that there was no one above her that I could speak to when I requested 😳 her employees she sends out for home visits complained about her as well. horrible experience. horrible customer service and she truly should not have a job managing others and speaking to customers.
