Marvin and Michael delivered my set and were beyond helpful. Set it all up, checked to make sure everything worked properly, showed me how to use it and even installed new water hoses for me cause my old ones were so corroded. They cleaned out my dryer hose for me as well so I could safely use the new dryer. They also even moved my old set out of the way over the where I needed them. They were very nice, efficient, knowledgeable and just overall so helpful. Thanks so much

Marvin and Michael were in time, friendly, and quick with the set up of my new chaise couch! The customer service when I called in was great, I've never had a bad experience at this location!!!

Mike and Marvin carried our sofa and love seat up 3 flights of stairs!! They didnt complain one time! They were both very polite! Awesome service!!

I went in to change over an account and walked out not only with that done but I walked out with Jared looking for a piece of furniture for me and finding it within a matter of a couple of days. Got it transferred to Wilmington and was delivered today by 2 great guys who did an outstanding job of bringing in and assembling and placing the furniture. Not only did they do an outstanding job of bringing it in and getting it situated but they took any garbage with them and did all of this in a timely manner. I have been so glad I chose to do business with them and look forward to doing more in the future.

Marvin and Rob are the BEST delivery drivers ever!!!!!! Jarod and Jen are the Best Customer Service to deal with as well!!!!! BEST delivery and Customer Service!!!!! Rent 2 Own is lucky to have them and they should all 4 get Employee of the Month!!! Will never deal with or go anywhere else as long as they are there!!!!!
