Needed a washer fast and they delivered the next day around the time they stated. Perfect set up. Been going to rent 2 own in Waverly ohio for over 3 year's and been treated the best.
Corey and the new black guy (dont know how to spell his name), delievered a stackable to me today. They installed and explained everything perfectly. I would recommend to everyone I know
I’ve purchased a few things over the years from rent to own. I went in to purchase an ac unit and I had one payment left on a different item. When I was there I was told if I paid $20 down for the ac unit they would close out the other item. Before I left I clarified that when payment time came due it would just be for the ac unit I was reassured it would just be the one payment coming out and the other account was good and done. Both payments came out. I’ve dealt with this for three days and explained the issue everytime I’ve called in and was told by other people that they would not offer something like that (I take that as calling me a liar bc that is exactly what I was told and I even clarified it) after the worker spoke with the manager the resolution I received was to move back my next ac unit payment not clear it or refund me my money but to extend my payments lol. All I have to say is if they Make you a deal make sure you have it in writing. Also the ac unit I got didn’t work the compressor would only kick on for a split second and I had to have them come get it and bring another one so this whole ordeal has been a mess and I was offered to extend my payments 😬 needless to say the ac unit is going back and I will no longer be a customer.
I have been coming in here for 10 or so years getting all kinds of things. Most recent Derrick hooked me up with a fireplace tv stand that’s really nice and a great price!! Anything you need Derrick can get you right!! The two guys that delivered it were very respectful and handled the delivery with ease!!! Would recommend the Waverly store over any!!!!

They were amazing with the delivery, very perfesonal. Made sure they answered what questions I had if I had any. Definitely love my r20 family. They are absolutely amazing people kind hearted and very genuine.
Leighton and Kory are two of the most helpful peoples I’ve dealt with here, we didn’t think the couch would fit but they’re super stars. Give them guys a raise!!!!!
