I do not like not receiving a receipt after making my payments, I have rented from other rent a centers, and always received a receipt,an email or something,but this particular one doesn't give receipts to the customers apparently
Called And Spoke To Mike The Store Manager This Morning With a Problem I Had Ran Into , And He Was Able To Work With Me & Get The Issue Fixed For Me ! Highly Recommend Him And This Store As Long As You Make 90% Of Your Payments On Time Hes Willing To Help !
Honestly I’m done with rent a center. Online it says $10 your first week. That’s the coupon I used , I got in the store to pay the $10 since I get paid weekly and I’m told it’s actually gonna be $75 for two weeks. That’s false advertising. Even if my first week was 10$ an I have to pay full price for week 2. That’s $45 not 75$ Update : I called the Niles location and they got me in with a $10 down payment . So I’m not sure what this location is doing but I went elsewhere and got approved so don’t shop here lol
Alright so I was sending back a fridge since i was being charged 5k for a 1200 dollar fridge and while the fridge was being taken unsupervised may I add by "(assistance manager mike)" and his assistant scratched the door to my van and claim that it wasn't them multiple time's even thought "(assistance manager mike)" and his assistant was the only people on my property around my vehicle at the time and he also added he had his assistant walk between my van and the fridge that was being taken and still claimed they didnt do it and it was there before, I will be checking my video footage after I get home to double check the validity of there claims. There are four pictures 2 of which are pictures with no scratches the other 2 are close ups of the scratches... after I'm and finished paying off what I have i will no longer be renting from them or any other rent a center if that is the customer service.
If I could rate this location (on Mahoning Ave, in Warren) a zero I would. I waited almost two months for furniture. When it finally came in, the associate who arranged the delivery told me they would waive the first month because I waited so long. I also asked if I could get help removing the old furniture because I have an injury to my shoulder. He told me that would be no problem. When the delivery man came, he told me he wouldn't do it. He wasn't required to, because it wasn't their furniture. I've had the furniture not even a week. Before the store was even open today (and yes) this is the day my payment was due, I get a text saying that my payment was late. I called the store and spoke to the manager "Mike" who basically called me a liar and said his associates would never have agreed to a payment arrangement like that, especially to a new customer. I am not a new customer. I am a repeating customer from the Niles location. If I had not already gotten rid of my furniture, I'd tell them to come pick it up. They are dishonest and don't know how to treat customers. They need to be reprimanded or fired. With that being said, I'm going to pay off my furniture as early as possible, and I will never deal with that company ever again.
