Worse place ever tried to end my contract and they said I wasn't allowed but it says in my contract I can end it with no penaltys and told me I had to pay it off no matter what and I told them not happening. I told them to come get it and he said to donate it so I did. Still not paying it🤣🤣🤣🤣

I called today to have them to set a pick up of a refrigerator I can't afford anymore be cuse I had to replace my furnace and was told by Vivian that I had to speak to the manager, I he was to call me after he helped unload a truck here it is 545 pm and still no call back I called there 3 times today and got a excuse every time he was on phone he was out I rented here for years and payed everything off I just can't afford the refrigerator any more and want to return it

If I can give a zero star I would, delivery guys stole my dolly and refuse to give it back, dealing with Vivian or Brett on anything has been a complete nightmare. They are extremely rude and impossible to work with. They have been an issue the entire time, when my fridge broke, They brought it back filled with mold. When we asked them to address it they blamed us, when they couldn't blame us they blamed their delivery guys instead of taking ownership. Now that we no longer want business with them, had them come get the fridge, they stole my dolly in the process! Stay away from this location!

Renting for several months, although I would like a lower price, it does have good quality furniture and Vivian knows her stuff. From my understanding she has been with Aaron's for quite some time and will go out of her way to make you happy, she deserves a pay raise! I thoroughly enjoy talking to her each month that I make my payment. You just do not find dedicated employees like her anymore.

Great staff, polite, friendly , helpful and most of all very understanding if you are gonna be late on a payment, especially during this pandemic. They are very willing to work with you as long as you communicate with them they will almost ALWAYS accommodate your needs. They are laid back and made for a very easy transaction no hassles ever. My personal experience at the elm rd Warren store. Thank you all 😊
