They are very willing to work with you as long as you communicate with them they will almost ALWAYS accommodate your needs. They are laid back and made for a very easy transaction no hassles ever. I do not like not receiving a receipt after making my payments, I have rented from other rent a centers, and always received a receipt,an email or something,but this particular one doesn't give receipts to the customers apparently

Renting for several months, although I would like a lower price, it does have good quality furniture and Vivian knows her stuff. From my understanding she has been with Aaron's for quite some time and will go out of her way to make you happy, she deserves a pay raise! I thoroughly enjoy talking to her each month that I make my payment. You just do not find dedicated employees like her anymore.
