Brandon and the others at the Urbana, Ohio store are amazing! They will help in anyway possible. I've been purchasing with the company before it was rent a center. It's hard to find the correct person to run a store. I'm in retail and it's a rough world in the retail business. I'd not be a customer if Brandon was to leave. Thank you all at the Urbana, Ohio location.

Brandon is awesome and has the beard of knowledge he has found me everything ive asked for I could see him in a wizards robe saying you shall not pass and the fact is he'd have a blast with it lol

Whenever I need anything for my home, I am able to find it here. The staff are always amazing and go above and beyond to help me. And I always appreciate them so much! I’ve been a customer for years and I will continue to be.

Dryer didn’t work on delivery even tho said it worked. Had to leave 2 loads of laundry sit for 2 days an re wash. It’s 45 mins to the closest laundry mat As they couldn’t deliver for 2 days. No sort of compensation for the inconvenience an add cost of trying to dry clothes 5 times. Highly disappointed. Debating on sending back a going elsewhere.

Love the Staff! Love the New store manager Brandon. He is Awesome! Always goes above and beyond. Justin and John are great! Amazingly hard workers. You really get the family feel here. I have rented before, and I will definitely be returning as a customer! Keep up the great work guys!!
