When we had Urbana deliver a couch set and washer and dryer, they failed to put the correct address on the paperwork. When we made the appointment with them to pick up (3pm-7pm), they never showed up or even bothered to call, even with their 4 hour time gap they gave themselves. When I tried calling the Urbana store at 7:10, they had closed already. Called the Springfield store and the lady stated someone should be on their way, they had the wrong address but they will DEFINITELY be there before 8pm. It is now 8:50, nobody has showed up and nobody called back with an update or to reschedule. Avoid this incompetent company at all costs!!!! Its clearly a problem from other posts.

they are very helpful when you need them I am very happy with their business

Absolutely was one of my favorite places when Carrie was here. We would make it a point to come here when we needed something. Since she is no longer there we have had one problem after another. Today we were scheduled for a service call for a product we pay for the warranty on long after it has been paid off. They did not show. Called in and was told they were running late. Still no show. Called in tonight and they went to the wrong address despite having this information in their notes. Okay this could have been resolved with a let me reschedule. Instead I was met with we did show up. Yes but you showed up to the wrong address. Well we did send someone. Yes again to the wrong address. We still do not have a working TV. Again she repeated that they sent someone to the address that was on an old agreement despite having notes with the correct address when the appointment was made. Instead of offering a solution and to reschedule and send someone she hangs up the phone. Definitely would not recommend. Employees lack problem solving and effective communication. The manager did end up rescheduling after we called back again. He was able to handle the situation and effectively offer a solution. The employee, who is the customers first point of contact makes the experience terrible. Again this is something that is new as in the past the employees made the store.

Payment was already made but they keep showing up at the house. It's getting annoying and kinda creepy. When your home alone with kids and some guys just keep showing up at your house to harass you about a payment that's already been made. Never will I go back to Arron's. Thanks for nothing but you lost a customer and I've told my friends and family to stay away from Aaron's too.

They are amazing! They work with you if you run into a difficult situation. I have been going through Aaron's for years and pretty much all my furniture and electronics has came through them. I highly recommend them! Great staff and very friendly!
