Genuine fraud. I started my policy a little over a month ago. My policy had 4 items in them. A PC, monitor, Keyboard and mouse. As well as the chords. When my monitor broke they said they would get me a replacement but never gave me updates unless I called complaining. I made 2 payments without being able to use the product I was paying for. I was paying for a product I didn't even have (the monitor cause it broke). The store employees are scam artists. Liars, and dont have a good head on their shoulders. I asked if everything with the PC was up to date but the graphics card was last updated 2025 sept. One of the things that upset me the most is the location is commiting identity fraud. They changed my name, my address, my email, and number to something I dont even know, to someone I've never heard of. I've already contacted customer service but please. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. ITS FULL OF CON ARTISTS.

Great service being dealing with the guys for years..on new gaming systems you can't buy at the store... very friendly and will bend over backwards to help you!!!
Real Good People work here. They go above and beyond to help make sure the customer is happy
Never been there my x roommates did and when they moved out they took all their stuff apparently now they didn't pay for something and told rac that it was still here i told them where they moved and rac called me a straight liar as im preparing to leave for a memorial service for my Aunt
