Great customer service Jasmine is great!
Friday March 20th I had a washer and dryer installed and the installer forgot to connect the washer drain hose into the drain pipe in my second floor washroom. Later that evening after washing my first load I came downstairs and discovered my entire kitchen was covered in water and water was leaking from the light fixtures over my island and into my living room carpet. The next morning I contacted the Reynolds Aaron's store to inform them of the situation and they stated that no manager was in so I would have to wait untill Monday for someone to contact me.onc3 Monday came the store manager did contact me first thing in the morning and stated that she would come out Tuesday morning at 8am to take pictures and file a claim, however once Tuesday arrived I sat and waited for several hours with no contact at all from the manager. After growing very frustrating I contacted that manager who told me she had overslept and would not be able to come out today so now it has been 5 days total that nothing has been done about the water trapped in my ceiling and now mold is becoming a major concern. Needless to say I would not recommend that anyone use the Reynoldsburg Aaron's store for any reason at all.
Customer service was great. Professional and nice. They helped me find the right appliance that I needed.

The initial service I received was great. It says then I have not received the greatest service, unless I am working with the manager. Personally, I would only recommend businesses like this. When you're in a situation like I was and needed to do it. Because you end up paying more for that in the long run. Then if you've bought it out right. If anyway, you have use a business like this, everyone should get better service by their employees and not have to go to the managers.
