Since Amazon now wants me to return things to Rent-A-Center, I went there at five after five walked in and the guy said we’re closed. I said I have a return here for Amazon can you do that? He said no they’re closed. Everything is shut down. He said new summer hours. It’s on the door. I said it says 6 o’clock on the door. He said new new summer hours are on that paper so I walk out look at the paper and it says they close at six so I looked back in and told him it says you close at six. He said not on Wednesdays. Wednesdays at five. I looked again. I said nope Wednesdays it’s at six. He just looked at me so obviously they closed whenever they freaking well feel like it ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible!, I have never been treated so poorly by someone, these people act like they work at Saks 5th avenue, who are they to judge anybody, never doing business here again, shop somewhere else where the people are nicer.

The staff at the Ravenna Rent A Center have always been able to find what I was looking for and in most cases for the price I desired. Each person within the store is thoughtful , kind and gracious, They have been a constant in my life for many years and they always are willing to go the extra mile when needed.

Love the guys at the RAVENNA location . I do continuous business through Marc or Mark, sorry not sure which way you spell it!! Compassion isn't taught which is why I know he's an amazing employee because he has a heart as big as the sky! He focuses on rapport and it shows immediately even just speaking to him over the phone. I told them I'd be back and here I am :)
