The app amount is never right, so I call the store to to make my payments and they 98% of the time DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I HAVE TO CALL FOR 3 OR 4 DAYS AND SOMETIMES STILL GET NO ANSWER. BUT WHEN THEY REALIZE OH SHE MISSED A PAYMENT THEN THEY STEADY BLOWING MY PHONE UP SMH

The repair man that canceled last Wednesday rescheduled for today 12/15/2025never called or text me to fix my bed he was supposed to be here at 12:00 pm or around 2:00 pm still no show
I ordered a loveseat online and I was told I would receive my furniture before Thanksgiving and Now I'm told it won't be delivered until after Thanksgiving, And Liz was not helpful enough for me
I went here about a month ago for a washer and dryer. Received great service while ordering it but the 2 delivery guys didn’t want to take the equipment off of the truck, instead they called the store and said it wouldn’t fit then left. After the manager made them comeback IT FIT. But the washer didn’t even work. I waited 2 weeks for it to be serviced but no one came. So I had to return it.
