Walked in and it stinks so bad . We go to the fridge section open the fridge and it smells like old food. We walked out very disgusted

Hello, Rent-a-Center, or should I say Rent-a-Felon? Thank you for delivering some of your worst products to us for nearly 3x the price. Knocking on my door and wanting to repo a dishwasher of all things? We're over half way done with the payments, and still won't work with us since you're apparently too incompetent to be patient with poor people. You're giving so many online rental/loan companies so much business by pushing all of your loyal customers away to them. I'm happy for you trying soo sooo hard to become the rental furniture equivalent of Blockbuster. Extinct. Thank you for giving me a reason to just go to Affirm and get a better dishwasher for 1/3rd of the price for like 1/8th the cost per month. I recommend everyone to just find a company like Affirm and stick with them. :) Edit: Go ahead. I know you want to send me that copy paste "sorry for your experience" post. Prove me wrong.

I have bought my whole apt furnishings from napoleon rent a center the last 2yrs and it's been a really affordable way to furnish a house. John has been great and has worked with me when I needed to take time off for surgeries always a pleasure working with him and will prolly be upgrading some things in the near future!!!!

Other than almost being charged double for the items purchased there. Management is good. I was buying items from them when one day I was going through my receipts I noticed that I was being charged double every time. And my bill wasn't getting lowered. So I went to the manager and asked what was going on. When looked into we was printed a paper that told us one price but in the computer it was different. Therefor someone was keeping half the money each time and only putting in half the amount.
