Customer service and communication is very poor, I’ve been a loyal customer for multiple years and this stores management is very poor and demanding. I simply can’t see my payments being made on the rent a center app as well to see how much until it’s paid off and only response I get is “long as we can see it on our end don’t worry about it” This location needs better management

Very poor communication. My mother of 2 children is renting a fridge. They communicated they would be here on saturday (today) 10-12. They could have notified us my mother jus went to the pantry and can't go back for another 30 days. We obviously got our food out so we could quickly transition it to the new fridge. Had to take apart and move the old fridge outside to make room for the new one. 12:30 came around and we called. They said they were gonna go on lunch and wouldn't be here till 1:30. Food has been out of the fridge since 11. I hope there lunch was worth the hundreds of dollars worth of food you took from my mother and sisters mouths. my only hope here is that somebody else sees this and plans better around there lack of professionalism. Called at 1:45 they said it was being loaded up. When they arrived at 2:15 they said it's on the higher ups saying they can't possibly get the expected deliveries done by noon. Delivery from that point was smooth and done within 5 minutes. My suggestion to the company for improvement is to focus on communication to customers. If it is known that a delivery can't be made within the time frame especially a fridge, a device that keeps necessary items necessary, then the customer should be updated. The customer should not have to call 15 minutes after a time given by the company for updates. They responded to this review saying to reach out for help. If you want to help. Implement communication to your customers.
