She truly didn’t stop searching until she found the perfect fit for my needs. This isn’t my first purchase here, and Jackie has been consistently incredible every single time. She communicates clearly and proactively, keeping me informed about delivery times and any delays that come up. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for her customers really stand out. This store is incredibly lucky to have an employee like Jackie. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Jason and James, who were awesome during the delivery. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From sales to delivery, everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. James and Jason delivered a new washer and dryer set to my house today and they were SO helpful and polite through all of it! They replaced my hoses, stacked the set for me, checked to make sure everything worked properly before they left, and were very thorough in explaining what they were doing/asking what else they can do to help. Sweet guys in general. I always buy my things from Shae in the Mt Vernon store and she is an amazing saleswoman! She always finds exactly what I’m looking for and pairs me with deals that match my budget. I’ve bought many things from them over the years and all have been the same, good experience. Mt Vernon Rent to Own is lucky to have all of these individuals. Every employee I’ve ever talked to in this store has been so friendly in every encounter. (Shoutout to Jackie & Dawn too!) Thank you!!
