Would highly recommend renting merchandise here over the" competition" because really, there is no comparison, Tamika has and will go out of her way to make sure that you have a positive experience as well as the other workers at front of house, the account managers will work with you as long as you are honest and truthful to them . The delivery guys, honestly there is no comparison, they are there when they say, will go out of their way to go above and beyond to make sure that you're a satisfied customer. Rent to own in London Ohio honestly has no comparison, they work as a tteam and make sure the customer feels like family
Today Greg and Joe came and delivered my sectional to my home they were very polite and friendly.
On Saturday Steven and Austin were at my house to deliver a dryer that I thought that I had needed and co.e to find out I really didn't need the dryer. The guys tested my outlet and the outlet wasn't reading. Thank you Steven and Austin if it wasn't for you guys my whole family could be dead. My appreciation from my family.

Joe and Gregg did an amazing job delivering the furniture for a home I have listed in Lancaster! They were courteous and professional and delivered within the time frame as promised. The furniture (which was very nice) was assembled quickly and they did it all with a friendly attitude, asking if we wanted it moved in different position. I will definitely use Rent 2 Own in London again!

I just received my Beautiful Chofa sectional. Not only is it above my expectations, but it is extremely comfortable and beautiful. The two gentlemen that delivered and set up my furniture were five star plus their names were Greg and Joe. They were polite. They were friendly. They were courteous of my home and they went above and beyond and they deserve some kudos for that so that’s why I’m writing this review. I have used R2O for ever. I just love them. The staff is wonderful. The delivery guys are always great. Good experience.

Greg and Joe was amazing they did such a good job! We have very tight stairs and they did so good wish I would’ve had cash on me to tip them! Amazing 5 starts
