I just received my Beautiful Chofa sectional. Not only is it above my expectations, but it is extremely comfortable and beautiful. The two gentlemen that delivered and set up my furniture were five star plus their names were Greg and Joe. They were polite. They were friendly. They were courteous of my home and they went above and beyond and they deserve some kudos for that so that’s why I’m writing this review. I have used R2O for ever. I just love them. The staff is wonderful. The delivery guys are always great. Good experience.

Joe and Gregg did an amazing job delivering the furniture for a home I have listed in Lancaster! They were courteous and professional and delivered within the time frame as promised. The furniture (which was very nice) was assembled quickly and they did it all with a friendly attitude, asking if we wanted it moved in different position. The service is amazing and they're so flexible and on top of that, you actually talk 2 ppl who work there so there's no hassle. Greige and his team member delivered a washer to my house today and they were so polite and kind. They hooked it up so quickly and on top of that they didn't look like they was gonna rob me 😂. Very professional looking and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone who's curious.
