I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and would give zero stars if possible. The staff, particularly Jaz, is rude and unprofessional. Although Eric is a capable manager, he needs to address the behavior of his employees. The establishment is disorganized and requires significant improvement in customer service. Or should be shut down for good if new employees are not established

The sales manager, Shannon, is absolutely incredible!!!! She worked with me and made it possible to get everything I needed and wanted for a very reasonable price. She's very respectful and understanding, and is willing to go the extra mile to help your family. If I could give her a thousand star rating, I would !! Thank you for everything Shannon !!

The sales manager, Shannon, is absolutely incredible!!!! She worked with me and made it possible to get everything I needed and wanted for a very reasonable price. I have used them many times throughout the years and they have always been great. This last time though they went above and beyond. The sweet girl that helped me yesterday with a not so common problem was incredible. She was the sweetest non judgmental person ever. I will forever be grateful I was not expecting my problem to be handled in my favor at all. They really are great people and although you are paying extra for whatever you may be buying it also puts you in a something you otherwise may have not been able to buy or just gets you there quicker. Thank you guys for being kind, compassionate and always helping people out.

We have went through rent to own for YEARS and we just had a sectional delivered and Nate and Avery are absolutely AMAZING gentleman. They were so polite and so careful and quick about getting the couch in and even put it where we wanted it. Rent to own has been the best place for our family and all our wants and needs!
