Logan and Ryan were super helpful in moving in our new sectional! Overall, Rent2Own made the entire furniture buying experience easy. We were looking for a great couch at a great price. We were able to purchase with cash option and get fast delivery. I had looked everywhere for what our family needed, I am so glad I had a family member share their great experience with Rent2Own. We can say we had the same great experience! From phone call, to showroom, to our home, everyone there was super helpful, kind, and polite.

As of 5/30/26 at the time of 2-2:30 pm I took my brother to return a Xbox series x to rent to own and exchange it or get the money back mostly just wanted a different one but when the one female worker went to go look for us a different the unknown to manager starts getting attitude with me and my brother cause I’ve returned mine they sold me cause it had a giant gash on it and wouldn’t start up called me a lier saying they reset it and it worked and I tried my hardest to ignore it to get the Xbox for my brother but kept going and going saying if you don’t want a Xbox with scratches or marks or dirty go get one new from Walmart and not here you buy used you should it to be used and not look brand new and nice and I’m like what since does it make to buy used and to pay triple the price for a console that looks like it had orange liquid or dried blood on it and tells us we should expect that and should basically expect that it’s like that and when he kept being rude I’m like ok you don’t have to be rude about it and he then brought up how I brought back the busted one I returned back to them and exchanged it for a different one and I’m like ok so now your are calling me a lier saying it wasn’t busted and he was like will I fixed it and it works so I ask to speak to a manager about him being rude his response is iam the manager so yeah so I told him I would like to speak to the district manager and I would like to speak to him immediately this is wild if this is how you let your managers speak to customers when they get sold a busted up console the district manager can call me my number is on file and to anyone who gets anything from where check inside the box before you leave cause it’s either broken or missing something it needs to function and don’t allow a five foot seven manager tried to intimidate you if you don’t like it or have concerns or want a replacement Cause he will try Also look for random liquid And hairs inside your equipment and they don’t clean their equipment befor reselling it

They helped with everything that I needed help with and explained to me everything I needed to know about it if you guys need anything nice and cant afford it out of pocket call rent 2 own they'll hook you up and get you the nice things you deserve :)
