I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rent-A-Center’s customer service. I ordered a PC and waited several days with little to no communication or meaningful updates regarding my order. The lack of transparency and follow-through was frustrating and unprofessional. Expecting customers to willingly finance high-ticket items while providing service that is this unreliable is unreasonable. Financing requires trust, and this experience did nothing to inspire confidence. I would strongly encourage Rent-A-Center to address its communication and customer service standards.
I love this store. Audrey and the team here are absolutely amazing people. Will not deal with anyone else but this store. This store goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and have what the want.
This place is great and the staff is doing a great job . If your having a bad experience I imagine its because you need to pay your bill . Any time I’ve ever wanted something if they didn’t have it they went out and got it just for me . That has a lot of value to me. If you can’t afford your payment then don’t make the purchase or you will not have a good experience with the company. Set up auto pay and make your payments and your experience will be a good one . Doesn’t that make sense? I mean hello people this isn’t brain surgery it’s common sense! If you want a good experience and are responsible enough to do what you agree to because everyone has the option to say no and just do without the 70 inch tv then your experience will be a good one because I’ve only ever had a good experience at this store no matter who the manager was!
Sarah was so very sweet and stayed after hours just to make sure everything was okay! The one lady who did my transaction made it possible for us to bring our bed home tonight just minutes before close! Overall an amazing team and atmosphere! Will be back for all of our furniture and more 🫶🏼
