I like to leave this review for Tanner that works at the UHR in Harrison Ohio he was absolutely great he actually returned my call and did what he said he would He's greatly appreciated. I still stand by my review for Tanner but as for the manager not very happy. Unfortunately when this is paid off I'll be taking my business elsewhere and that's sad I've been doing business there since the 1990s
Went in and talked to Chris told him what I was looking for said didn't have in store but would get from another one and he did very nice man .explained everything . Great service
The general manager was absolutely the best person I've ever spoken with very professional and helpful and he got everything taken care of in less than 15 minutes thank you so much.
Always have a nice selection to add the perfect touch to your home ! Over the moon customer service as well , Patrick is sure to have you smiling by the time you leave . Thank you guys for making my house a home 🥰
They’ve always been great to work with and have always treated me as a valued customer. The staff are all personable and will go to quite a few lengths to get you something you want. I’ve been a customer for about a decade now and have never regretted doing business with them!
