The new store manager was so very helpful. I was greeted immediately walking and asked if there was anything she could do to help me when in fact, yes there was. She immediately helped me I was in and out in five maybe seven minutes if that. She was kind helpful understanding of the issue I was complaining about from the other store. I had walked into Linden Avenue’s store to do a return on something from Amazon and he said his stuff was broke and for me to come here so that’s what I did. I didn’t get the young lady’s name, but she’s the new store manager so if you’re looking for a great location, stop in here

I absolutely love the people that work here they go out of their way to help you. I've been renting for a few years now kept up with payments, and they work with you for any problems. Just communicate and be a good customer. Thanks guys for everything

The staff at the airway rd location in Dayton Ohio is the best! They go above and beyond for their customers! They have the best customer service! Very friendly. Always make me laugh even on a bad day. Their awesome!

Me and my wife both love this place........It's exactly as expected. Renting to own something. Everything we've ever gotten, we've paid off with no issues. The employees are great and willing to work with you, as much as possible. Love it!

My tv went out right before the holiday weekend and I went in a met a wonderful lady, Angie, who really took good care of us. The best customer service I’ve had in a good while! Thanks Angie and Rent-A-Center!
