Jerry is a gem in Westown. 10/10 every time and has a big heart when it comes down to it. I’d not only do business with him but recommend him personally to anyone needing a rental. Y’all got an amazing man running that store!!! Don’t know where Westown would be without him.

My girl, Samantha is one of the kindness people that you could ever meet. She had good customer service and real good communication skills….. but they are real good people and don’t forget about Jerry. He good peoples too. He also have real good communication skills.
Samantha is amazing!! She asked me what budget I wanted to work with, answered all my questions, and made great recommendations. She cared about my situation and went above and beyond to find me what I needed. I’ll always go to her. If I could give her more than five stars I would!! Whoever said she was rude is an idiot and doesn’t deserve her!! 100/10.
Samantha is amazing!!! She has the best customer service, is honest from the start, and cares about her customers. Truly a gem. Anyone who says otherwise is either a scammer or just plain stupid. She’s amazing and deserves a round of applause.
Samantha and Jerry are a 10/10. They’re both very patient, kind, work with you, go above and beyond, and genuinely care about their customers. SHOP WITH THEM!!!! THEY’RE AMAZING!!! Whoever left Samantha a bad review should be ashamed of themselves. She’s one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet in Dayton.
