Rent-A-Center

I realize that half the population around here probably doesn’t make their payments, but I’ve purchased multiple items through Rent-A-Center. All were paid off early. My payments were always made early or on time. I’ve never had any issues. I’ve never even missed a payment or been late. So it’s really obnoxious to have to have someone deliver my items and give me a 10 minute speech to turn around and have someone call me and give me another 10 minute speech 30 minutes after my delivery that I’ve heard 1 million times and does not apply to me and to be told oh well, if you don’t make your payment will come get the stuff while I’m not an idiot you know where I live clearly you’ll get the sheriff and you’ll come to my house and you’ll take the belongings. That’s OK. I’m not worried about that because I actually make my payments. If you hate your job, go pick a new one.

The store manager is wonderful and tries her best to get you the best deal possible, while the sales manager is great at locating merchandise at other stores even the delivery drivers take the time to properly setup and not damage merchandise great place been with them for years

Trash store. Was told the manger would call but never did. Had to call and find out what was going on. Went in middle of day and store was closed. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!!

The lady’s I’ve talked to here at this location were very straight forward honest with me & beyond friendly. Delivery was quick & payments are easy.

Got my furniture and I am satisfied it’s beautiful

Overall everything was pretty good. The delivery was a bit late by like 3 hours but they were backed up that day. The two 2 gentlemen were very professional. Only thing I noticed was the dryer not being connected to the dryer hose. Must’ve slipped their mind. Lol. The washer and dryer are amazing though. My clothes come out so clean and the dryer is speedy. It takes me half the time to do laundry now versus my old set. I love the 6 month same as cash option too. That will save me quite a bit. 10/10. Definitely would recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. Chastity has sent cops to my house multiple times for being a week and a half late which was ALREADY communicated. Tuesday December 3rd she sent cops to my house again AFTER my attorney told her months ago to not do that simply because when i had first got the equipment she sent cops to my home the literal first week of having the equipment for being "late" but was on biweekly payments at the time. Anyways It was communicated to them that they would get paid shortly after 4 pm on that day mind you they came over around noon So within that process they said they were not leaving my property until they received the money or the equipment so they took money from the baby sitter that I had left to feed my special needs children while I was at a company meeting so at this time i am assertively considering moving forward with pressing charges for harassment and intimidation, chastity almost got an employee and an officer harmed because my brother was about to pop out because of how hostile they were Also not to mention they didn't even arrive in the right van to get the equipment back if there was a need to but there's no need to get back since you guys muscled the money from my baby sitter. Please choose better people for leadership. This is sad. Don't get me wrong you guys do work with people and are nice to a certain extent but your tactics are down right disgusting. Please do better.
