Brody and Jt were the ones to deliver my washer an dryer. I had asked for them to have shoe covers because it was raining and nasty today an I didn't want my new carpet to get messed up. The store let me know that they don't have booties to cover their shoes an offered to reschedule. I told them it would be fine I would put towels down. So when they arrived they told me they could use card board to protect my carpet. I was impressed with their kind gesture. Extremely professional an i would request them if i need anything else from Rent 2 Own!!! Kuddos fellas!!!

Had our new couch delivered today. The guys did an amazing job. Our driveway was a little slick and they couldn't get up so Brody and his helper carried our couches up our snowy driveway. Y'all are amazing. Thank you so much.
