Must have gotten a new manager or something, I went from thoroughly enjoying my experience to now absolutely dreading it!!! Life gets busy sometimes and I may become ONE week delayed. We aren’t talking months, years. And this Betty has to call me sometimes FOUR TO SIX TIMES IN ONE DAY! Look at my account history lady, like damn one item only has 12 weeks left. I don’t think I’d have gone this far and put this much money into something just to lose it, but rest assured I’ll NEVER get another item from rent a center given the last 3 months experience.

Not everything is new and even buying used will still pay more in the end than buying brand new. A good option if you want or need something and cannot buy it up front from a store at a better price. But not a good option if you want to save lots of money because it is expensive!!! and the quality of furniture is very low. A great place to rent for a short time in a pinch. The staff here is awesome with the exception of one very special person with an attitude. This place is a reminder of why it's important to take care of your credit.

They take their time get all the information they need and do their checks. I do a summer airconditioner rental and the equipment always cools well, they pick up the units as per my scheduled date without any problems. The price is reasonable and even if I reserve airconditioner late in the summer season they have what I request.
