I ordered stuffed online i really needed after having furniture with then for years then they gonna tell me that I cant really get it I was talked to from the s Arlington store in akron ohio like I didn't deserve the stuff he was so rude Aaron's has lost my business forever
I want to thank Aaron's for their service. The service in store was supreme, but let me tell you when they delivered my stuff I was extra impressed. Damien and Shawn(I'm sorry if I spelled names incorrect) went the extra mile let me tell you. They didn't leave until everything was hooked up completely and correctly. I want to thank them both for their great customer service and man power!!!
I will never do business with this company again. I was told my last payment was in March. Which I thought was accurate since nothing came out of my account in April. Then today may 19th I get an email saying my 160.49 was coming out of my account. Called the location that had taken over my account. The so called manager said my buy out was more then my payment amount and I owed 11 dollars. How does it go from owing nothing to 160.49 then to 11 dollars. I told him I wanted to talk with his boss and I was never doing business with their company again I was told thats fine ( poor customer service at its finest, sad thing is I WAS GOING TO GET MY ENTIRE LIVING ROOM SET AND ACCESSORIES FROM HERE, NOT NOW) and that his boss was on a conference call. Doubt I get a call back. I will be taking this to corporate!
I reserved a piece of furniture online and was approved. The day before it was to be delivered the gm called me and said they can’t deliver it to me because the tenant I had didn’t pay their bill. The tenant I had left 7 months ago and I had no control over what they paid or didn’t pay and my name wasn’t on their account but because the former tenant had the account listed at my address Aaron’s wouldn’t let me rent the piece of furniture. For five days I was planning on it and was notified the day before. Also it was only a 16 dollar per week purchase and why am I being punished for the tenants bad behavior. The gm belittled me and made me feel like I was to blame. I have an auto immune disease and chronic back pain and have been sitting in a dining room chair and so I was excited about the couch. But here is the good news. God provides. Rent a center in tallmadge helped me get a couch and they were so kind and respectful. I highly recommend rent a center in Tallmadge, you will get a fair price and be treated with kindness and respect. I do not recommend Aaron’s on Arlington. You will not be treated with kindness and respect.
Placed an order on 10/24/2024. Was told it would take 7 days to get it. Ok fine. Received a call the next day stating that the general manager would call me by Monday. Never received a call and my money was refunded this morning 10/30/2024. No explanation. No call. Just ignored. Say what you will about Rent a Center but at least they tell you what is going on and I never waited more than a day to get what I ordered. No way a general manager needs to approve an order. That is wild.
