I asked to cancel 20 days ago. I got an email reply from the manager saying ‘ok’. A few days later I asked for an update, no response, 9 days later I asked for an update, crickets, asked for another update, no response. No refund still at day 20. I had to call to ask about it where I got a crappy answer of ‘no one has the authority to do it here right now’. No one in 20 days could do it?? So they’re just holding onto my money, not giving me a product, being unresponsive in regards to the refund. Shady business practices, crappy management, and rude staff. My suggestion? Go to Aaron’s.
Walked in to peek around and overheard conversations with a client on the phone. Name calling and speaking to someone like they are trash is unacceptable. I walked out and went to rent a center instead. Save yourself and do the same.
If zero stars were available that’s what I would give. After recording every call, text, camera footage from our home I had to get an officer involved. Random amounts pulled off my card at different times, pest control bills for a sectional that had issues, threats from managers (pic proof), videos of employees talking crap about stuff etc. Had the nerve to tell corporate they didn’t say and do something and threw that proof they did. Guess that’s the reason staff comes and goes cause no one there is customer service friendly. * I don’t mind deleting this post once issues are settled and accounts are closed and closed for good but as now I have every right to informed and leave reviews. See other review about the threats and such below to from another customer.
Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They brought a sectional that had bed bugs all in our home! $1500 pest bill, pediatrician visits and doctor visits later and zero compassion. Calling BBB on them cause something has to give.
So on the very day of renting an air conditioner an Hispanic guy to let them know his TV he just rented didn't work an the temporary manager (Mark) talk down to him saying it was working in the store an that should have been a sign about his customer service. Instead of helping, he just dispute and talk down to him. We went on to rent a brand new air conditioner anyway. So we received it the next day with the seal broken and the box open and to see the top of the air conditioner damage. Upon taking it out it was damage on both sides of the air conditioner. My wife was the one renting it. We call to let them know and they said send pictures thur email. We did as such only told be told they have not received it. We then went there and show Mark the pics and my wife was just asking simply question where Mark was just rude and talking down to her and I had to step in. So when you are rude and have a disrespectful demeanor to how you talk to people you may receive it back. That what he got . Yes I got loud and so did he. I did ask if he could do anything with price and he said I have to call someone then go to say it's 6 o'clock and we are close.which it was 5:45. He just not a people's person and probably need a program for customer service cause that's one of his weak point.
