Do not recommend this rent a center at all! They’re disappointing. Yes, we are late on a payment but we have been on time and even would pay earlier than expected every month up until now and have even been keeping in contact with them. The only decent worker there is Shane because he did at least help us out a tiny bit. But besides that, They keep telling us that they’ll delay the payment for us, and then continues to keep leaving crap on our door and harassing us. But what’s even more hilarious, we have a friend who works at another rent a center & told us that they have been lying to us about not being able to switch our account to another rent a center until “a certain amount of days”. They do not communicate with each other and one of them even deleted all of our notes that were attached to our account! Hilarious! Cannot wait to be switched!

Ordeted a particular recliner online. When went to pick it up we discovered they gave us a used one off their floor and not the one new one I ordeted. Then they said they'd have to reorder it and it would take 4-6 weeks. Then got an email they would be bringing it out "that day" but when I called to confirm they said it would be the next week before they could deliver it. No communication among the staff. No continuity in service. But price was reasonable that's why I gave it a 3 star instead of lower.

Drivers are reckless when out on the road; no precautions taken at all. Have no respect and like to be confrontational if someone reports anything.

Don’t wanna tell me how I owe to payments in one week ? It’s crazy … but even crazier , the guy banged on my door and put a dent in it .. I can’t get in touch with somebody over them .. very unprofessional I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
