The guy that did my application great vibe customer service just all-around great person and assistant manager. I think his name is Tyler. He was really cool too. It’s just got like a home set feeling there.

I absolutely love everyone who works at the Shelby location and the manager Ryan that works at the lincolnton location!! They are always so nice and welcoming and just great people!! They all need a raise!!!

I’ve had a refrigerator from Buddys for almost a year and I’ve been waiting for it to be serviced. I usually deal with William and there is no problem but another new manager was VERY rude. I text William with updates on everything and the man flat out said they chase me everyday and that Aaron’s is up the street. I’ve never been talked to like that by ANYBODY. He knows my younger brother and told me to ask him how he really is. I take accountability on my frustrations from waiting so long on a replacement and service date but as management he should have never spoke to me that way. I left with no replacement date and being told Aaron’s is up the road. Contemplating on returning everything. I always send weekly updates to William through TEXT. Communication from this branch is a problem.

Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. Marcus and his entire team go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. Have been to several other rent to own places and never received service like this. We will only shop here going forward for our furniture needs. Highly recommend!!!
