Great customer service. It’s only bad to the people who refuse to pay their payment on time.

It was a review a year ago that matches my exact words & feelings! As a manager, the management is rude and disrespectful. They’re not helpful nor listen to anything. It’s CONSTANT issues with no intent to resolve!! I’ve invested so much already to give the furniture back but if I could give 0 stars I would. I’ll manage my account to completely avoid the staff. I don’t know how y’all still have business if people have had the same complaints for YEARS.

I was sold a matress and box the box was previously used and still charged an arm and leg for it even though it looked as if it came out a crack house and smelt of cigarettes, decided the price was just too much put the mattress and box on the porch mattress still had cover these people took the cover off and moved the bed into the mud against the house and said they could not take it as it is all stained up, but you literally took it off the porch and laid it in the mud! i will fight this one with corporate at this point, dont use them they are con artists

They are rude and disrespectful when they talk to you. Unfortunately it's usually the manager that calls. They don't put payment arrangements in the computer system either so they will continue to call you. As a customer service rep myself, I feel corporate will be getting a phone call about how this store is ran and the rudeness and disrespectfullness of the managers.

I went to pick up computer for elder woman, the young black woman (associate) had a very nasty attitude toward me. I talk to the Manager in their and he didn't write any the information about what happen. I was interested in buying something from there, not anymore. They want get my money.

Don’t give this Arron your information, or purchase anything from the store I became a target from purchasing from this store. People found out I had good credit and that I paid off my furniture on time . Don’t purchase from this store my worst nightmare. Some black woman took my information and I became a target. Never purchase or give anyone from here if you’re black don’t give another black person your information it will be taken.
