Got pre approved online for a laptop. After calling and making sure nothing would be required to pay the first day of pick up I went to pick up the laptop. I was using an online promo. Once I get there they tried to get me to pay. I just walked out. Complete scam to get you in the door.

Absolutely the best friendly, customer service at this Mooresville store! I can not thank Kurt, Carrie and their delivery guys enough for helping me stage a home to sell! They showed me 3 different levels of merchandise pricing, sent me photos of available items, set up my delivery, and delivered & picked up with the utmost care!! I will definitely refer and use again when needed!

I love it here! It took two times of applying and coming back to finally get approved, but I submitted the correct pay stubs and now I finally am! And on Friday I will be picking up an item I have wanted for over a year! Thanks rent a center! :)

Very friendly people! Got a stand mixer and they wanted to know what all can be done with one and invited me to come back and share some of my makings with it. Love the energy these lovely people have here.
