I Work from home I am 2 weeks behind on one payment. Not two or three. Just one but you would think I had robbed them the way they have sent 2 people in one day banging on my door and not just banging on one door but one person went around my house to bang on another door. I work from home taking calls on a wired in headset. I cannot go to the door how will I catch up on a payment if they keep interrupting my work by harrassing me while I am trying to work. They supplied just a phone number if they could give an email I would say I will pay you Friday along with my cut off cellphones but thanks for interrupting so much while I am trying to work to get the money. In one week I will send a later for a cease and desist. Harrassment for one missed payment is crazy. I would understand a few missed payments ok I get it. I would even understand a note left. But banging on someones front and back door than leaving a note AND than sending another person a few hours later is excessive. Yes I heard you both but I am glued to my computer desk when working. All my customers had to say today was if the cops where at my door. From this point forward any and all communications need to be made via email. If another person comes on my property banging they will be considered trespassing. The authorities will be alerted thus interrupting my day further and interrupting me from making a living and doing the opposite of what you beed which is for me to make the money and pay it. I will send this in a formal letter as well. Thanks.

My experience was great until I starter having to be hospitalized and couldn't hardly make my payments. Then it seemed that the customer service moral went down and I felt like I was more of a nuisance to them.i stead of a customer.

Still don't have tv and you guys are trying to take $200 from me for free..... Just horrible service I've tried and tried and tried with you guys.... Even went to the store in Lumberton which did me absolutely no good either... Please do better the people who really need you guys don't need to be treated this way

I really hate doing this but I feel like i must. I put on an online request back in November. I have called and called and constantly get the run around. I finally called corporate because i got sick of the run around. I got a call thursday finally and it sound like they had it all together. Told me they had the appliances, took my info and gave them my card information. Well i call today and there is no record of anything. This is seriously unprofessional and ridiculous. Just go somewhere else
