THIS THE RIGHT AMBER LANGLEY AN AMBER KELLY BOTH NAMES AN WHO EVER TRYING TO ME U CAN STOP I LOVE Rent-A-Center they have done nothing but the best for me and went to all measures to make sure everything is good even the same day if I need them to and Alan is an awesome person I love everybody that works there. They treat me like I am somebody so whoever is trying to be like me and badmouth my name you can stop or I can go take papers out on you thank you, Rent-A-Center for being the awesome people that y’all can be

Rent a center is a favorite of mine. If you can’t afford that new gadget or furniture you need upfront they make it possible for you to still get what you need. I also love that they understand things happen and will let you pause payments and return the merchandise if something prevented you from being able to continue payments. The best part they will let you pick up payments where you left off in most cases! .

Love the different products you can get with rent a center! However I do NOT like the price you actually end up paying after the term they set up for the weekly or bi weekly price they set. You end up paying around $2400 for an $800 computer!! But that's the way it works- you get items you can't normally afford and pay for them weekly or bi weekly. Of course - there IS the option to pay it off early and avoid having to pay AS MUCH . But regardless - you're still gonna overpay for any product there.

They need customer care training . In a serious way .. Justine and Allan needs retraining . Very rude don’t return calls they are just a mess … my cousin came to this store to purchase a television , first the store manger outside smoking on his phone Nd the other assistant clueless , they need training. Would never return again we went to Walmart up the street Nd got our tele with out being treated like re don’t exist.
