Horrible customer service…. They call and call after one missed payment… they do all this and they can’t even go to the police about they stuff I highly do not recommend them unprofessional folks the manager got real nasty attitude..

Customer service is to be desired when making a purchase customer service was 100% the best around when you get to your last couple payments they treat you like the step Kid Next Door like that unwanted puppy that you drop off on the side of the road and the unfortunate situation but the truth is the truth thanks Google for the chance to review two thumbs down

I been with Aaron's 4 8 years in Rockingham and when Aaron's came to laurinburg I do not like the way they handle business I got a tv from them in laurinburg and yes I was late on payments but I pay off my tv but I try to go other tv they want let me get another one because they say I owe a bill when I got my last tv before this tv I just pay off so how can they give me a tv if I owe on the other tv once I gave it back due to my wife lost her job

I understand everybody has a job to do and didn't have problems before but someone stole items from my home and I took them a police report . I even ask them to work with me ( why pay so much for a tv I don't have). They wouldn't even let me pay a lower price and still called day after day about the money owed. Super disgusted with their customer service will never go back there again.
