Called this store to help me with an issue I was having and whoever answered the phone was helpful and super nice and knowledgeable, they also reached out to the other store my account is with and help me resolve what I was dealing with

So far the website is not responding as quickly or correctly as it should but loads completely after 5-10 seconds... With the company/agreements I've made/currently have; it has been a decent experience thus far. Sales reps I've interacted with have all been extremely polite, well spoken and knowledgeable!

I've been going to the store for about 4 years now I love the store Alicia and all the guys are great.. if you need something this is the place to go to and they don't mind helping and working with their customers. All these people on here saying they're harassing them and disrespecting them. if you were paying they wouldn't be calling you. they do not do that at the store they're making that up if you tell them when you can pay they will wait . And call you on that day.

Very disappointed with how there customer service is. We had numerous agreements with them. Even after paying them off they try to say we owe more payments in which we don’t. We have already started talking with a lawyer I am just tried of it and I know it’s not just us they do this stuff to. I will never go back there. If I have to do payments I will go to Aaron’s atleast they don’t harass you. Just beware and kee all your payment and receipts if you rent from here

Then just this week they came out to my house and left a demand letter to retrieve my couch due to being 3 weeks behind and was threatening to take me to court over a 3 week late payment when I was going to make a full month payment on friday April 8th. And then in two weeks make another full month and They tried to tell me they couldn't wait that long or accept that. That is very disappointing. I will NEVER do business with them again. I would highly suggest to anyone not to go here.

Wayne is so wonderful. He helped me and my husband get the bed I wanted. Made sure we were happy . He runs a clean store. They all are so nice and helpful and very warm welcome. Thank you Wayne for everything. Best place to buy furniture. You won't be disappointed.wish I could leave more stars
