This company harasses customers like calling 6 times a day will produce money. It's terrible. So this continues and time has moved forward now July 2025 still paying a item that should have been paid off and they are the absolute worst here at Lexington Avenue high point NC..some unprofessional, untrained can't follow directions from the lead manager, after being told to let only the lead manager contact me, Jordan a customer service unprofessional so called Man" got on the company phone being a jerk, I recorded him, he said choice words that were out of place for a 9:25am call after 1 day of being behind. Oh my I'm on the run from them ha! With a top and bottom refrigerator. Ha! He's not knowing that my calls record everything the times and the verbatim harsh unnecessary confusion of his anger. I was told I was incoherent and what makes me special. Ha, because I'm special at my career, I've served my country, held my composure at the breakdown of my own jobs and put into place a resolution for my clients without screaming and calling people out of their names and the audacity to hear him breathe hard due to his weight in his throat, he hung up. Maybe to finish his breakfast and second or third cup or coffee. Maybe that's why he was so hyper and non proficient at being a real customer service employee. His Manager told me to only speak with him directly, I guess he decided to be unruly and call me with anger. And by the way consumers they absolutely hate the fact that we can now pay online.they would love to have consumers to come into the store again so that they can speak rudely to them. So they absolutely hate it when a consumer says they will pay online. I love it! Consumers payonlìne save ÿòùr hìgĥ blood pressure from rising. Ìts a real Jordan that missed his mark in life and probably misses being nice, but he breathes hard on the phone trying to muster up arguments. Unnecessary waste of energy. Jordan of the Lexington store, I'm gonna send you some lovely advice. Don't mess with people you never know how things play out in the long run!!! So calm down. Ok Jordan? I am not done.with you. You did the wrong thing this morning by harassing me and hanging up. Just watch. Jordan go get your popcorn ready. I know you like butter. Lol Sincerely unhindered unbothered and unfinished with you shantele yeo !!!! EVERYONE DON'T BELIEVE THAT FEEDBACK MANAGER OWNER SAYING CALL THAT NUMBER. IT DOES NOT GET YOU CONNECTED TO A REPRESENTATIVE. THEY ARE LYING!!! BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU HAS ALL THE INFO YOU NEED.

My experience started off good at first then now I am at a place where I am about to just give this couch back . They call you as soon as you even one day late they call the day before your payment due and cal and call and call like someone trying to run off on them ! Yes I have been late life happens however I do end up paying it . If yall that traumzatized thinking somebody running off with yall stuff yall dont even need to be a business at this point its soo annoying.I’ve never not just paid them but they dang near harrass you .

I have used this place for years and now I will never use them again. Rude customer service and poor/terrible management. My pay date changed and they acted like I was trying to steal their things even though they knew my payment date changed and THEY couldn’t take my card over the phone because the incompetent manager doesn’t understand how to change a billing address and zip code. Threatening me at my door and harassing me even though they see I pay every 2 weeks. I shouldn’t have to come to the store to do your job because you’re to uneducated to work a computer. She may need a new job with less stress. McDonalds sounds like a better job description for her.

I have been dealing with this location since 2010. I LOST MY SON AND THEY WERE SO UNDERSTANDING BUT TODAY BROKE THE CAMEL'S BACK .My payments was due n I spoke to a sales representatives about paying next week. I was told it was fine n I was a loyal customer. He let me know. I could start a new agreement for a penny .I declined and said thank . He said he would note my account. That I would pay next week. Well today the store manager calls me . He started out polite but got rude . TALKING TO ME AS IF I WAS A CHILD . HE GOT TO ACTING UP N SO DID I. I WAS TOLD I HAD A MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM. I WILL BE SPEAKING TO CORPORATE OFFICE.

I am so grateful and thankful to have this place in my life the last 4 years!! I pay 1 thing off and get something else! A employee by the name of Charles has been there since I first started using them and he is GREAT!! He is very helpful and understanding!! He is the man to talk to if you are wanting some nice new furniture or electronics for your home!! Highly recommend!! 5 stars all day long!
