Said my headboard was going to be delivered today (01/14/2026) and was not! I called an hour before they closed and was told they would deliver today, it is also my birthday and was waiting around all day for them to call me or show up. VERY DEPRESSING as I am and have been a loyal customer for 3 years! I will not be making any more payments for any other things I am making payments on( T.V, COUCH ) until I get a complete refund ( a month and a weeks ) worth for the bed set I tried to purchase! I also instructed my roommates not to answer the door to yall! OVER YOUR LUING AND MAKING ME WAIT AROUND FOR YOU GUYS NOT TO SHOW UP ON MY BIRTHDAY when I could have been out doing other things!

The guys a bestway in high point are the best. The whole process of buying my furniture was fast and easy, They even went over and beyond to make sure i got the furniture i wanted. I recommend you go and see those guys i know i will continue doing business with them now and in the future.

Calling me after hours. Sad I talk to someone about me making a payment on December 30th. And everything was find. But I received a call at 7:28pm talking about they going to call me on Christmas eve. You will have to leave me a voice message and I get back to you after Christmas. They had all day to call me why wait until after 7pm to call me. Then talking about calling me on Christmas eve. We're they do that at ? No one in that store care about what you are anyone got going on. You will have a payment DECEMBER 30TH.

My experience with them was terrible! I put in an order online one night, the next day, I didn’t hear anything from anyone nor did anyone bother to follow up with me! 3 days passed and I had to reach out to someone to make initial contact, first red flag. Next, I was told that the processing manager was stuck in traffic but would follow up with me which was inaccurate. After another two days, I had to call them back AGAIN just to get any kind of update. Tiffany was great to work with once contact was initiated. I go in, sign paperwork and send over information wanted by them. ANOTHER WEEK WITH NO UPDATE OR CONTACT FROM THEM, turns out, they FIRED Tiffany but failed to notify anyone to rectify anything. (Did I mention I had to reach out to find out that tidbit of information, too?) I reach back out AGAIN and get a gentleman who was appalled at how long this process has taken (almost 3 weeks) and scheduled a delivery timeframe and advised me that everything was set up and processed accordingly. The next day, it turns out that information was incorrect and then asking my references absurd questions that I do NOT expect them to know the answers to. The morning of the delivery, the GM Reggie calls me complaining about the avenue to verify my employment, says they needed paperwork back from leasing office confirming my residency (but he told me he only needed verbal confirmation) and then stated that only 3 out of 5 of my references had answered so still no furniture but expected me to pay the first installment payment this coming Saturday. 0/10 would recommend. Don’t waste your time or money this place is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t spend another dime with this company!
